United Aviation Services S.L., part of Stellair Group, has completed the acquisition of Mallorcair, S.L., a well-established name in business aviation services at Palma de Mallorca Airport.
The transaction represents Stellair Group’s largest acquisition to date and significantly strengthens United Aviation Services’ footprint in Spain. It also expands the Group’s presence across the Balearic Islands, where it is already established in Ibiza and Menorca through its subsidiary, Ibizair.

The addition of Mallorcair further consolidates United Aviation Services’ position in one of Europe’s key business aviation markets, giving the Group an enhanced presence across the three main Balearic destinations.
